According to contracts obtained by The Times, a government appropriation of little under $22 million was made from late 2008 to 2011. The funds were utilized to run the program, conduct research, and analyze the hazard presented by the objects.
Mr. Bigelow’s company, Bigelow Aerospace, received the funds, which was used to hire subcontractors and solicit research for the initiative.
Mr. Bigelow directed the business to modify facilities in Las Vegas for the storage of metal alloys and other items retrieved from unusual aerial occurrences, according to Mr. Elizondo and program contractors. Researchers also looked at those who claimed to have suffered physical impacts as a result of their experiences with the objects and looked for any physiological abnormalities. Researchers also spoke with military personnel who had reported odd aircraft sightings.
The sections above are fascinating for a variety of reasons.
- The contract runs from 2008 to 2011, which coincides to the time Bigelow paid MUFON for access to the CMS / Sightings database. This suggests that MUFON granted the DOD full access through Bigelow, who acted as a surrogate. Bigelow Aerospace will most likely download the data into internal systems before providing access and data processing within the company.
- Bigelow Aerospace supported the Star Team at MUFON, a commando UFO researcher group — that group appears to be: “The financing went to Mr. Bigelow’s company, Bigelow Aerospace, which engaged subcontractors and solicited research for the program.”
- Bigelow Aerospace now looks to have debris and artifact storage facilities.
So, what is the incontrovertible truth? Certainly, the long-rumored ties between Bigelow, the Pentagon, and the CIA exist. According to the paper, the head of the Pentagon’s UFO office collaborated with DOD and CIA personnel as well as Bigelow Aerospace. It also appears incontrovertible that MUFON’s selling of the CMS system gave the DOD complete access to the system’s data. This is a well-managed data breach including personal and confidential information. But most crucially, this account reveals the incontrovertible truth that the Pentagon has denied the existence of UFO research for at least 48 years while continuing to pursue it internally.
Life is a gift, so live life to the max.
